 RETURNS - CANCELLATIONS

Return - Change / Replacement

Returns and changes are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt and after we have been informed by mail kourinoushop.gr and by phone at 28420 26216 (hours 9:00 - 14:00). Change can be made to a smaller or larger number as well as to a different product, if products are available. 

Also change can be made only if:

a. The returned product is in its original packaging - just like on the day of receipt (without any damage to the packaging, any additional packaging inside the box for better protection of the product) secured in another packaging.

b. As long as the product has been tested on a carpet to avoid any wear and without any of its characteristics (paint, abrasions, etc.).

c. Returns and changes are accepted only when the product is sent with the courier company we work with and we will indicate to you, at the recipient's expense, unless the charge is chosen to be the customer, where in this case it should be sent with another distinguished courier company , but the responsibility of the customer for whatever happens or arises.

Return cost and 1st change

You will not be charged return costs for purchases worth more than 30 Euros. For purchases worth less than 30 Euros, the customer will be charged with the return and shipping costs, the cost of which will depend on the weight and / or volume of the order and will be informed about it when he notifies us of his intention. In any case, the customer can contact the store by phone or via email sales@kourinoushop.gr to regulate the shipping process, having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value. In case the customer wants to make a change for the second consecutive time, he will be fully charged with the return and shipping costs.

Cyprus & Abroad

Each change is charged with shipping costs whose cost should be checked and the customer will be informed about this before proceeding with the return. In any case it should be done with the courier company that will be indicated by us.

 Money return

Refunds will be made, deducting any shipping costs - cash on delivery and possible replacement that have arisen up to that time, when these are our provision to the customer who makes the purchase through our online platform. Shipping and return costs depend on the weight and volume of the products and you will be informed as soon as you inform us of your intention. The refund is made within 30 days and only if the cash on delivery has been paid by the courier to the Company's account.

Wrong shipment

If the customer received a product other than that of his choice, he must inform the store by phone or email within 2 working days of receipt. You will be given instructions for its return and replacement, at which you will not have any charge.

Offers and discounts

BENEFIT PERIOD TIME

After the completion of the order, the consumer (user) receives a receipt of the order at the e-mail address stated during registration. The products are delivered to the courier company within two (2) working days from the place of the order. Any corrections in the order can be made within three (3) hours from its submission. If the products ordered by the user are not delivered through the fault of the Company, within thirty (30) days from the acceptance of the order, the user is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

PRICE AND DURATION OFFER

As the transactions are made in real time, the binding price is the one with which the buyer placed the order. This price is valid for as long as it is listed on the website kourinoushop.gr. Subsequent revaluation does not occupy pending orders. In case of a valid correction of the order by the user, the binding price is the one that is valid at the time of correction and not the initial submission of the order.

COMPLAINTS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

The user has the right to 14 days to return the products for any reason and to request a replacement or refund. FORCE MAJEURE

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by Greek law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Prefecture of Lassithi. The Ierapetra Magistrate's Court will have exclusive jurisdiction, especially for various matters that fall under the jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court (due to the amount).
