1. Return - Change / Replacement

Returns and changes are accepted within 14 calendar days (2 weeks) upon receipt and after we have been informed by mail sales@kourinoushop.gr and by phone at 28420 26216 (hours 9:00 - 14:00). Change can be made to a smaller or larger number as well as to a different product, if products are available. The store also reserves the right to follow a refund policy if the reasons stated in the "Refund" section are met.

Also change can be made only if:

a. The returned product is in its original packaging - just like on the day of receipt (without any damage to the packaging, any additional packaging inside the box for better protection of the product) secured in another packaging.

b. As long as the product has been tested on a carpet to avoid any wear and without any of its characteristics (paint, abrasions, etc.).

c. Returns and changes are accepted only when the product is sent with the courier company we work with and we will indicate to you, at the recipient's expense, unless the charge is chosen to be the customer, where in this case it should be sent with another distinguished courier company , but the responsibility of the customer for whatever happens or arises.

2. Return cost and 1st change

You will not incur return costs for purchases worth more than 30 Euros. For purchases worth less than 30 Euros, the customer will be charged with the return and shipping costs, the cost of which will depend on the weight and/or volume of the order and will be informed of this when he notifies us of his intention. In any case, the customer can contact the store by phone or email sales@kourinoushop.gr to arrange the shipping process, having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value. In the event that the customer wants to make a change for the second time in a row, he will be charged entirely with the return and shipping costs.

Cyprus & Abroad

Each change is charged with shipping costs whose cost should be checked and the customer will be informed about this before proceeding with the return. In any case it should be done with the courier company that will be indicated by us.

3. Refund

The refund policy is followed in the following cases:

a. Only when we have been informed by phone (28420 26216) or via email sales@kourinoushop.gr from the customer within 3 days of receiving the order or if it is not received in time within 15 days of the day the order was sent (whichever comes first) . Also, after the telephone or written notification, the customer should proceed with sending the product within 3 days at the latest.

b. The product is in its original packaging without the slightest alteration (box, nylon protective bags, protective paper)

c. The product is in its original condition (exactly as it was at the time it was delivered to the customer).

d. The product is accompanied by the documents that were cut on behalf of the customer (receipt - invoice) and the return form has been completed.

e. You do not follow the refund policy if the product has a discount equal to or greater than the percentage of 50%.

If all the above conditions are met, a refund will be made, deducting any shipping - cash on delivery and possible replacement costs incurred up to that moment, when these are our provision to the customer who makes his purchase through our online platform. The withholding amount is €5 (+€2 in case of cash on delivery). If the payment has been made electronically, then in addition to the transport costs, the amount withheld by the respective service (bank transfer) will be deducted from the refund , debit or credit card, PayPal ). In any case, you will be informed of the exact withholding amount as soon as you notify us of your intention. The refund is made within 15 working days!

4. Wrong shipment

If the customer received a product other than that of his choice, he must inform the store by phone or email within 2 working days of receipt. You will be instructed to return and replace it, for which you will have no charge.

5. Offers and discounts

During the discount period, or in the case of purchasing an item on "Offer", which item is in the "Offers" field in the online store www.kourinoushop.gr, changes are not accepted as long as the product is discounted by a percentage equal to or greater than 50% , nor can the refund policy be followed unless it is a defective product.

Colors

Regarding the colors of our products, we put a lot of effort into making them as close to reality as possible. However, because computer monitors vary, there may be some deviation from the color you see on your computer screen from the actual color.
